Steps to apply patch ::
Step 1:download patch file
step 2 :disable Antivirus and extract rar file(winrar is recomended)
step 3 :open as ADMINSTRATOR (right click on file and click on run as adminstrator )
step 3:close IDM (if existing on windows)
step 4:click on patch
now its done enjoy full IDM :)
